Call to order

Vice President Tobias Wennerholm, committee chair, called the meeting to order at 6 p.m. Executive Director Rowan Halvorsen was present.

Dredging schedule

Staff reported that maintenance dredging of the east channel moves to the in-water work window that opens in January 2027. The committee asked for a public notice before work begins.

Small-craft moorage waitlist

The waitlist has 38 households. The committee asked staff to report on slip turnover and options for a waitlist policy.

Next steps

Staff will bring waitlist policy options to the January 12, 2027 meeting. The committee took no formal action. The meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
